1. Digital Services Only
All services sold on this platform are digital and professional services. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping charges apply.
2. When Delivery Starts
Delivery begins once your payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email and a GST tax invoice, and the purchased services appear on your dashboard. Our team then contacts you at the email address on your account to collect anything needed to begin, such as access details or content.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription services continue for every billing period that is paid. Your dashboard shows the current period and the next billing date. If you cancel, the service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Questions About Delivery
If you have not heard from us after a purchase, or have any question about delivery, contact us at sales@omsoftwares.in with your invoice number.
