Strict No-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing OM Softwares. Please read this policy carefully.All sales are final. We have a non-refundable, no-return policy for all our digital services and subscriptions.

1. Service Nature

Due to the digital and creative nature of our services (including but not limited to Web Development, Digital Marketing, WhatsApp API access, and Design services), once a service is initiated or a subscription is activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing cycles. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your prepaid period.

3. Performance and Deliverables

As our services involve human expertise and third-party API costs (such as WhatsApp/Meta API), we cannot offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction or changes in business requirements after the service delivery has commenced.
